Cocoa Mass

Cocoa mass is the first product in the industrial process obtained from cocoa beans. Once the bean has been cleaned, dried and husked, it proceeds to roasting, grinding and refining to obtain cocoa mass.

Cocoa Butter

Cocoa butter is the fatty part of cocoa. It is obtained by hydraulic pressing of the cocoa mass and is the key ingredient of chocolates. In addition, it is also used in other industries such as cosmetics or pharmaceuticals.

Cocoa Powder

Cocoa powder is made from the cocoa cake (which is the cocoa mass after hydraulic pressing to reduce the fat content) by applying the milling process to a powdery texture.

Industrial Chocolate

Chocolate is the result of the process of mixing, refining and conching of its ingredients. We could say that it is the most famous food product in the world. There are three main varieties: black, white and milk.
